  • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the item
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of the same value
  • Contact support for exchange instructions

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • EMANIA will replace or refund faulty products
